30-day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders placed via www.BISSELL.co.uk.
We have complete confidence in the quality of our products and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If, within 30 days of receipt of your product, you are not totally satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return the products for a refund. Please note the return postage costs will be deducted from the refund value. This policy only applies to products purchased from BISSELL.co.uk directly. Once we have received and validated your return, we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Exclusions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
• Reasonable care not taken: You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us.
• Excessive returns: Multiple refund requests from the same customer that indicate abuse of the policy.
• Violation of terms: If the product was misused or terms of service were violated.

Returning Parts/Accessories

Faulty Goods
BISSELL are committed to ensuring that all products are to the highest standard. All our products have a minimum one year's manufacturer guarantee from the date of purchase and should you experience a problem within the stated warranty period please contact the BISSELL Consumer Care line on 0344 888 66 44 - Option 1. One of our dedicated customer services representatives will try to solve your problem over the phone. If your problem cannot be solved over the telephone, a collection may be arranged. Once our Service Centre has received your faulty item, it will be tested and the fault/problem identified. Upon identification of this, we will repair the fault. If the fault cannot be identified we will contact you and offer you a replacement.
We will cover the cost of returning the goods. You will receive a full refund of the price of the goods (including the costs of delivering the goods to you) within 14 days of you notifying the BISSELL UK Customer Service Team or BISSELL Consumer Careline that you no longer require the goods.
Please be aware we will continue to deduct instalment payments from your credit/debit card until the returned product is received by the distributor. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us. Using the goods before returning them within the allotted 14 day period does not constitute taking reasonable care of them. If you use the goods before returning them to us you will be responsible for the costs of us reconditioning those goods. We may offset the cost of refurbishing the goods against the sums that you have paid for the goods, including any applicable VAT payable, if the goods are used prior to being returned under this clause. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty
All goods supplied by BISSELL are warranted free from defects for the period stated within the product packaging from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear (such as worn out filters, belts and brush bars), wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without approval from the manufacturer.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify BISSELL in writing at the address shown below or use the contact us page on the www.bissell.co.uk website
